I had fun doing this cover for the March/April issue of the
Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators Bulletin. Every one of their cover illustrations involves a kite in some way. It's the Chinese Year of the Dragon, so this was the first kite to spring to mind.
It is perfect... and I would love to own a dragon kite like that one!
